The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to re-issue her passport.

The petitioner applied for passport on 25.02.2023. An FIR No. 12 dated 14.01.2018, under Sections 307, 452, 336, 323, 427, 506, 148, 149 of IPC read with Section 27 of the Arms Act, was registered against her at Police Station Chehharta, District Amritsar. The proceedings with respect to above-mentioned FIR are pending before trial Court. 3.

On being confronted with Notification No. 570 dated 25.08.1993 issued by the Central Government, the petitioner seeks PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2024.05.08 03:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
