***** RAJBIR SEHRAWAT, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.106, dated 22.10.2018 registered under Sections 420 & 120-B IPC, at Police Station Raja Sansi, District Amritsar and all subsequent proceedings on the basis of compromise.

As per the report dated 09.08.2021 received from the trial Court which specifically states that the victim-Amarjit Singh son of Joginderpal, resident of Ward No.1, Rajasansi, Tehsil Ajnala, District Amritsar had appeared before the Court and stated that he has not entered any compromise with the petitioner.
