**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the promotional order dated 27.04.2023 (Anexure P-6) vide which the juniors to the petitioner, mentioned at seniority No.467, 480, 490, 496 and 500, have arbitrarily been promoted by the official respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though as per the seniority list dated 10.09.2022 (Annexure P-4), the name of the petitioner is at serial No.462, yet her candidature was not considered by the respondent-Department for promotion.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievances, the petitioner will move a representation within two weeks from today and she would be satisfied if the said representation is ordered to be decided in a time bound manner.

On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed. In view of the above and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petitioner would be at liberty to move a representation for redressal of her grievances, within two weeks from today, if so advised.

On her doing so, respondent No.2-Director, Secondary Education Department, is directed to decide the said representation, within a period of eight weeks thereafter, by passing a speaking order, as per law.

Disposed of in the above terms.
