Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking quashing of impugned order dated 29.9.2017, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hisar, whereby petitioner was ordered to be produced against non-bailable warrants of arrest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had gone to United States of America as he was working with M/s Aricent Technologies Holding Limited, Gurgaon and he had made request to the employer to allow him to go back to India and join the Court proceedings. But the request was turned out, rather his services were dispensed with and he had already suffered a lot by now. Now the petitioner will come back to India on 14.12.2017 or so and then move an application to the Court of jurisdiction for trial. The prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, that as he had suffered a lot by now and he is ready to submit himself before the Court of jurisdiction for trial and never misused the Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.12.12 12:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-45313 of 2017 concession of bail, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing fresh bail and surety bonds.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of with the direction that petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judge and shall move an application for releasing him on bail. The learned trial Judge shall consider his case sympathetically taking into consideration the above facts and release him on bail on furnishing fresh bail and surety bonds to his satisfaction.
