(Oral) Prayer in this revision petition is for setting-aside the order dated 27.01.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hoshiarpur vide which the charges were framed against the petitioners under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC').

Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the order dated 06.11.2017 passed in CRM-M No.19337 of 2012, it was directed that the parties will appear before the trial Court and get their statements recorded in both the FIRs i.e. FIR No.183 dated 06.10.2009 and FIR No.85 dated 05.05.2008.

The report of the trial Court has been received which is attached in CRM-M No.19337 of 2012, wherein it has been reported that statements of the petitioners and real sister respondent No.2 have Mohd. Yakub 2017.12.21 16:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRR No.971 of 2011 (O&M) been recorded and statements made by the parties in the Court reveal that they have voluntarily entered into a compromise and the Court is satisfied that the parties have amicably settled their dispute without any fear, pressure, threat or coercion and out of their free will. In view of the above, the order dated 27.01.2011 framing charge against the petitioners is set-aside in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties.
