M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Petitioner has already been granted liberty to attend the marriage of his sister in custody on 22.2.2015. Petitioner claims that one of the marriage function is also fixed for 21.2.2015. Petitioner seeks concession of interim temporary bail for the same also.

Notice of motion to the Advocate General, Punjab. On asking of the Court, notice has been accepted by Mr.C.S.Brar, DAG., Punjab, present in the Court. Copy given. After considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the relief granted to the petitioner to attend the marriage of his sister in custody on 22.2.2015 can be extended to enable him to attend pre-marriage function.

CRM-M-5180-2015 (O&M) to attend the pre-marriage ceremony on 21.2.2015 at his house opposite Deepak Cinema in Ludhiana from 6 PM to 10 PM. All the necessary expenses of travelling and security will be borne by the petitioner. He will be taken back to the Borstal Jail, Ludhiana, after permitting him to attend the ceremony from 6 PM to 10 PM.
