RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 956 dated 18.09.2018 registered under Sections 419, 420 and 120-B IPC and Section 66D/67 of the IT Act, 2008 at Police Station Sadar, Hisar. On instructions from ASI Surender Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 17.10.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
