This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 128 dated 25.07.2014 under Sections 394/120-B IPC at Police Station Model Town Hoshiarpur, district Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Rashpal Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated 25.02.2015, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated 25.02.2015 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
