At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that, since through a verdict of 01.02.2017, drawn in CIS No. CHI 376 2014, by the learned JMIC, Ellenabad, and, arising from FIR No. 191 of 19.07.2013, the accused therein including both the petitioners herein, rather stand acquitted, hence, he prays that the instant petition seeking the quashing of the order of 06.06.2014, as made by the learned SDJM, Ellenabad, is rendered infructuous. 2.
