The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of letter dated 25.03.2026 whereby his claim was repudiated. 2.
On being pointed out, petitioner who is present in person submits that that his grievance would be redressed if Insurance Ombudsman is directed to consider his claim in a time-bound manner. 3.
Considering the limited prayer, this Court does not find it necessary seek response of respondents and finds it in the interest of justice to direct Insurance Ombudsman to consider and decide petitioner's application (Annexures P-9 and P-10) expeditiously and preferably within six weeks from today.
