Present:

Mr. Rishu Mahajan, Advocate for the petitioner. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Grievance of the petitioner is that she had purchased a house measuring 1 kanal 18 marla in village Lakhan Khole, the sale deed of which is to be executed on 31.10.2021. Respondent Nos.5 & 6 wanted to buy this house and upon coming to know of the deal with the petitioner, respondent Nos.7 to 15 tried to take forcible possession of the house. On 18.06.2021 at about 7.00 p.m, private respondents reached the spot along with their deadly weapons and ploughed the way adjacent to the site. When asked, they started abusing the petitioner and her family. It is stated that respondent Nos.4 to 15 are constantly threatening the petitioner and her family members. They had even attacked son of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation in this regard and she would be content if representation dated 28.06.2021 made by her is considered and decided.
