Through this revision, petitioner has laid challenge to order of the Appellate Court dated 06.07.2020, whereby his bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of six revisions filed by the petitioner, four bearing CRR Nos.1061 of 2020, 1064 of 2020, 1065 of 2020 and 1066 of 2020 have been dismissed by Co-ordinate Bench. Thus, this revision may also be dismissed. In view of above, revision is dismissed.
