* * * * Mr. AP Bhandari, Advocate for the petitioner has again not put in appearance. Notice was earlier issued to the petitioner and he could not be served as the notice was received back with the report incomplete address. In the circumstances, Mr. BS Tewatia, Advocate appearing for the respondent-workman had, on the previous date, stated that the petitioner-firm deposited Rs.50,000/- more than 12 years back as ordered by the Labour Court, which amount has not yet been withdrawn by the respondent-workman. Since neither the petitioner nor the respondent has come present, we deem it appropriate to consign the writ petition to record, but liberty is granted to the parties to get it revived, in case of need.
