(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for holding an enquiry into FIRs Annexures P-6 to P-8, registered falsely, at the behest of respondent No. 6, through Central Bureau of Investigation or some independent agency, under supervision of senior police officer, outside the State of Punjab. Heard.

Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition is not maintainable. Earlier also petitioner filed similar petition before this Court bearing CRM-M-8919-2016, which was disposed of vide order dated 22.11.2016, with direction to the police to re-investigate into the matter. Thereupon, special investigation team was constituted. The matter was thoroughly, investigated and complicity of petitioner was found in commission of crime and only thereafter, final report was filed RISHU KATARIA 2020.02.24 16:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-45349-2017 -2against the petitioner in Court to face trial under Section 22 of the NDPS Act. As on date, out of total 12 prosecution witnesses, 10 have been examined and the next date of hearing before the trial Court is 03.03.2020. Thus, the trial is going to be concluded very soon. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas taken herein before the trial Court in his statement under Section 313 Cr.P.C. or in defence.
