Learned senior counsel for respondent No.1 states he has no objection. He, however, has pointed out that there was status quo order passed by this Court on 14.05.2024 and that it may be clarified that the Court concerned would proceed in the matter from the stage it was prior to passing of the order dated 14.05.2024.

In view of the prayer made by learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is made clear that the Court concerned shall now proceed from the stage where it was prior/on the date of passing of the order dated 14.05.2024. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
