**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to release over time allowance admissible to them in compliance of the judgment dated 01.04.2013 (P-1) and judgment dated 31.01.2017 (P-2).

Petitioners were appointed as drivers/conductors on the recommendation of Haryana Staff Selection Commission and joined in the year 2008 onwards. The petitioners were granted regular pay scales for the post of Conductors notionally from the date of their initial appointment. The overtime allowance is admissible on the basis of gross salary. The petitioners are entitled for over time allowance in the revised pay scale but the said benefit has not been granted till date. In this regard, petitioners have given legal notice dated 04.04.2019 (P-3) but no action has been taken till date.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent Nos. 3 to 6 to look into legal notice dated 04.04.2019 (P-3) and pass appropriate orders, in compliance of the judgment dated 01.04.2013 (P-1) and judgment dated 31.01.2017 (P-2).
