RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing Kalandra No.53 dated 10.07.2017 (Annexure P-5) under Sectin 145 Cr.P.C. titled as "State v. Tejinderpal Singh and Avtar Singh etc." pending in the Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Batala. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harpal Singh, contends that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of nonacceptance of Kalandra by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Batala, in view of civil Court stay.

Dismissed as pre-mature.
