This is the third petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.51 dated 07.04.2020 registered under Sections 304-B, 406 and 498-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Guhla, District Kaithal.

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
