Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 42 dated 20.06.2011 registered under Sections 323/324/341/34 IPC and section 326 IPC added later on at Police Station Khilchian, district Amritsar Rural and the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel at the outset submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as a cancellation report has been submitted by the investigating agency on 23.03.2015.

In view of above, it appears that no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
