   is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing orders dated 15.07.2020 (Annexure P-20) issued by respondent No.1; 29.07.2020 (Annexure P-21) issued by respondent No.2 and letter dated 31.07.2020 (Annexure P-22) issued by respondent No.3, whereby the directions have been given to register FIR against the petitioner and others on the basis of second departmental inquiry.
