*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sukhpal Kumar from Police Station Sri Muktsar Sahib. He states that the petitioner is not required for further investigation by the police.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 11.1.2018 is made absolute, subject to her fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
