(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 10 dated 29.06.2017 under Section 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station NRI Mohali, District SAS Nagar Mohali Learned counsel for the complainant contends that during the pendency of the proceedings before this Court, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and with the able assistance of the Mediator, an amicable solution has been arrived at between the parties by settlement agreement dated 21.02.2018.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State confirms the factum of settlement agreement between the parties.

In view of the fact that the matter stands settled amicably between the parties, the petition is allowed and interim order dated Satyawan 2018.03.16 15:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
