(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 228 dated 13.07.2016, registered at Police Station Pinjore, Distt. Panchkula, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 498A/304-B/120-B IPC and under Sections 306/34 added lateron. Learned counsel submits that the co-accused of present petitioner have already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 16.11.2016 and 21.11.2016 (Annexure P-5 and P-6). Learned State counsel submits that the complainant has already been examined and now the cross examination of the complainant is fixed for 03.05.2017.

Crl. Misc. No. M-46274 of 2016 -2Heard. Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2016 Keeping in view the fact that the trial is likely to take some time to conclude, the present petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail during pendency of the trial of the present case, subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Panchkula.
