Keeping in view the averments mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Copy of short affidavit of the petitioner is taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

Main Case:- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the reply filed by the department concerned wherein it has been stated that the appointment to the post of Assistant Architect was offered to the petitioner but on her refusal qua the same, which refusal was conveyed to the department concerned, further action was taken by the department concerned and it is not a case where the petitioner was not given an offer to join the job on the post which is being claimed, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. Ordered accordingly.
