Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier petition bearing No. CRM-M-18013-2017 was withdrawn vide order dated 23.08.2017 (Annexure P-23) as Special Investigation Team (for short SIT) was constituted to look into all the FIRs registered against the petitioners at various placed in Haryana. Even after the expiry of more than 3 months of that order, no action has been taken by SIT and legal notice dated 24.08.2017 was also sent to the higher authorities. It has been submitted that 7 FIRs have been registered against the petitioners at various places in Haryana with similar allegations. The petitioners are in jail for the last more than 3 years in those cases.

Keeping in view the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is disposed of with directions to respondents No. 2 Jyoti 2017.11.30 17:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-45402-2017 -2and 3 to look into the legal notice dated 24.08.2017 (Annexure P-24) and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of 6 months from the receipt of copy of this order.

This order will not bar the petitioners from claiming all the other legal remedies available to them.
