This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents 1 to 3 to fairly investigate FIR No. 284 dated 16.11.2019 registered under Sections 326/148/149/34 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on) at Police Station GRP, Lushiana, Police District Government Railway Police, District Ludhiana and to conclude the same within a stipulated period.
