Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.3 dated 06.01.2022 (Annexure P1) registered under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC at Police Station City Muktsar, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that untraced/cancellation report has been accepted in the present case by the learned CJM/SMS vide order dated 21.08.2023. It is submitted that therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

Learned State Counsel does not dispute the above said facts.

In view of above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of being rendered infructuous.
