Petitioner remains unrepresented despite the fact that case has been called out twice since morning.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that compromise has not been arrived at between the parties as stated before this court on March 30, 2017. According to State counsel, investigation has been completed and challan presented before the competent court. In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition.
