% Petitioner - Sarabjit @ Sabba through his guardian/next friend Santokh Singh filed this petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.125 dated 28.05.2017 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 323, 354-B, 506, 146, 149 of IPC and Section 8 of POCSO, Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Jalandhar, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar along with all subsequent proceedings including Challan/Report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (Annexure P-3), chargesheet dated 01.11.2019 (Annexure P-4) and order dated 05.03.2025 (Annexure P-22) whereby application filed by prosecution under Section 216 Cr.P.C. has been allowed and offences under Section 354-B of IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act have been added and reference has been made to the court of learned Sessions Judge, Jalandhar for transfer of the case to the competent court of jurisdiction. & '!
