By means of this writ petition filed under Article 226 Constitution of India, petitioners have prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing Annexure I of the impugned minutes of the Joint Academic and Administrative Committee dated 04.04.2023 (Annexure P-10) and for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to work continuously on their posts till regular appointments are made.

Fresh power of attorney filed on behalf of petitioners is taken on record.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition and prays for its withdrawal. The prayers is accepted.
