*** Ritu Bahri, J. (oral) This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.395 dated 03.11.2019, under Sections 392/397/506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 17 and 18, Gurugram (P-1).

Learned counsel for the parties states that the matter stands duly compromised between the parties, as per Annexure P-3 and P-4. The complainant does not want to pursue the case against the petitioner. Learned State counsel has not dispute the above fact. Heard.

Keeping in view the fact that the matter stands duly compromised between the parties, this court feels that there is no need to detain the petitioner any longer.
