    As per the office report, notice issued to the respondent has been received back served through his trial Court counsel. However, he remains unrepresented.

Through this application, the respondent's wife prays for transfer of the petition (Rahul Malik vs. Preety) filed under Section 13(1)(i)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Camp Court, Gohana, to the Family Court, Rohtak. The petitioner claims that she has also filed a petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, which is pending at Family Court, Rohtak. It has been stated that in those proceedings, evidence of the parties is being recorded. He further contends that the respondent is also defending proceedings in a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. at Rohtak. Since the respondent is already defending two cases at Rohtak

The proceedings of case (Rahul Malik vs. Preety) filed under Section 13(1)(i)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Camp Court, Gohana, are ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Rohtak. The transferor Court is requested to remit the case file to the transferee Court forthwith. The parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Rohtak, on 13.10.2021. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
