This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier 482 Cr.P.C) for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent Nos. 2 to 7 to conduct a fair and impartial inquiry/investigation on the complaints dated 17.11.2025, 16.12.2025 and 26.02.2026, and to take action in accordance with law, including registration of FIR, in light of the law laid down in Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh, and pass such other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a complaint dated 26.02.2026 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.3- Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to look into his representation and take appropriate steps at the earliest.
