The instant petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Section 439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail in FIR No.230 dated 10.07.2025, registered at Police Station City Jind, District Jind, under Sections 137(2), 96, 127(2), 64(2)(m) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita along with Section 6 of the POCSO Act. 2.

Custody certificate dated 22.05.2026 has been filed by the State in the Court today and the same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.
