During the pendency of this petition, trial has made considerable progress. Out of forty two witnesses cited by the prosecution, thirty one have deposed. Examination-in-Chief of another four has been completed. Rest have been summoned for 27.04.2018 i.e. tomorrow. As the trial is nearing culmination, no case for enlarging the petitioner on bail is made out. Dismissed.
