(Oral) Learned State counsel, upon whom an advance copy of the petition has already been served, has today passed on a copy of Memo dated 18.5.2022 sent by Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar to Assistant Registrar (Criminal), Punjab and Haryana High Court. The same is taken on record. A copy of the said Memo has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.

As per said Memo, the matter has been examined and there is no threat perception to the petitioner.

In view of the aforestated position, the petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
