*** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.34 dated 25.02.2001, under Sections 341, 323, 506, 295, 148 and 149 IPC, Police Station Khamanon, District Fatehgarh Sahib (P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 06.07.2018 (P-2).
Pursuant to order dated 24.01.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 07.03.2019 along with receipt of `15,000/- to get their statements recorded. Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khamanon, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.42 dated 19.03.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib, vide letter bearing No.1849/E.B. dated 20.03.2019.

CRM-M-46384 of 2018 --2-- Khamanon, is satisfied that genuine and true compromise has been entered into between the parties, which is voluntary without any pressure or undue influence and out of their own free will. No accused has been declared as proclaimed offender.
Considering the report of ld. Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khamanon dated 19.03.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.34 dated 25.02.2001 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only.
Disposed of accordingly.
