This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.64 dated 11.04.2023 under Sections 323, 341, 354, 427, 506 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station City Sangrur, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties have since settled all their disputes and entered into a compromise. Learned counsel would further contend that on the basis of the said compromise, the parties had filed petitions being CRM-M-29274-2023 and CRM-M-286562023 for quashing of the FIR, which stand allowed vide order dated 05.09.2023 and the FIR stands quashed and in view thereof, the present AMAN JAIN 2023.10.21 11:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
