Complaint No. COMA/200/2019 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, District Ludhiana.

Court Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jagraon Seeking quashing of complaint captioned above along with summoning order dated 10.1.2019 (Annexure P-2), the petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC. 2.

Counsel for the respondent has opposed the present petition by referring to paragraph 12 of the present petition. 3.

However, counsel for the petitioners submits that it is a bona fide error and not intentional. He seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one.
