******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of interim bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 7 dated 20.01.2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 17, 18, 27-A and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, at Police Station Odhan, District Sirsa.
Heard.
Learned State counsel submits that the police has verified that operation of mother of the petitioner is fixed for 25.03.2017 at Medicity Hospital and report/certificate in this regard issued by the hospital is produced on record.
The petitioner has sought interim bail to take care of his mother and to look after her operation and post-operative care. Earlier also the petitioner was allowed interim bail for 30 days for this purpose but his mother was not operated during that period.

CRM-M-46331 of 2016 -2produced by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and petitioner-Resham Singh is ordered to be released on interim bail for a period of two weeks, from the date of his furnishing bail bond and surety bond to the satisfaction of concerned trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, subject to following terms:- (a) The petitioner will surrender before the Superintendent of concerned jail on expiry of period of his interim bail; (b) he will not indulge in any unlawful activity during the period of his interim bail;
(c) he will maintain peace and be of good behaviour during this period.
