RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of orders or directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to conduct free, fair, impartial and proper enquiry, through any independency agency and to take action against the erring officials of the department, including registration of FIR or any other appropriate proceedings as per law, and for which a representation, Annexure P-1, dated 03.10.2022 has also been served by the petitioner.

A perusal of the file shows that petitioner is aggrieved of the appointment of a Patwari on contract basis and further of the loss alleged to be caused to the State exchequer. The petitioner has alleged that he has no personal interest in the matter. If that is so, then he has a remedy of filing PIL. In these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. So the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law keeping in view the prayer made in the petition.
