(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to get a fair and proper investigation in case FIR No. 308 dated 09.11.2019 under Sections 323, 307, 34 IPC & 25/54/59 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Ishrana, District Panipat.

Learned State counsel submits that investigation has been completed and untraced report has been filed on 18.12.2020. Given above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. Liberty reserved to the complainant to file a protest petition. It is clarified that the concerned Magistrate shall give appropriate opportunities to the complainant before arriving at the final decision in the said untraced report, if not already taken.
