The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.211 dated 25.04.2023, registered under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 452 and 506 IPC added later on) at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such on account of the fact that the FIR itself stands quashed.
