(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail in FIR No.141 dated 20.10.2018 under Sections 323, 324, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Section 326 IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station Amargarh, District Sangrur.

On 17.05.2019, the petitioner was granted the concession of interim bail by this Court in pursuance to the bail granted to his coaccused. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Vijay Kumar, submits that now the challan stands presented; charges have been framed and even 02 prosecution witnesses have been examined. Considering the fact that the petitioner and the complainant are closely related and conclusion of trial will take some time, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 17.05.2019 is made absolute.
