**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Present petition was filed for seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner, which was at risk at the hands of respondents No.6 to 8. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that armed licence of respondent No.6 - Mandeep Singh, has been cancelled, and a criminal case has also been registered against the private respondents, after filing of present petition, he seeks withdrawal of present petition. In view of the statement made by petitioner's counsel, petition is ordered as dismissed as withdrawn.
