Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners No. 1 and 2 are major and are living together against the wishes of parents and other relatives of petitioner No. 2, who are posing threat to their lives and liberty. He has confined his submission only for direction to respondent No. 2 to look into the representation (Annexure P-3) of petitioner No. 2 and take appropriate action. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 2Superintendent of Police, Rohtak to look into the grievances of the petitioners relating to threat to their lives and liberty and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

It is, however, made clear that nothing contained in this order shall be interpreted as giving any type of liberty or protection to the petitioners in any criminal, civil or other proceedings pending or instituted against them.
