Advocate General, Punjab. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 93 dated 09.06.2022 under Sections 21/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and section 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar. 2.

Status report dated 28.11.2024 filed on behalf of the respondent-State of Punjab is taken on record. 3.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 14.05.2024 which has not been misused by the petitioner and he has joined investigation as informed by the learned State counsel. 4.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the order dated 14.05.2024 passed by this Court granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands confirmed on the terms and conditions mentioned in the order.
