(Oral) Petitioners Monika and Ajay Kumar have averred that they have married against wishes of respondents No.4 and 5 who are parents of petitioner No.1. The petitioners have annexed copies of their Aadhar Cards indicating that the petitioners are aged 24 years and 23 years respectively. The petitioners apprehend threat to their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5 and thus seek issuance of appropriate directions.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to Superintendent of Police, Karnal to look into the representation dated 16.10.2018 (Annexure P-4) made by petitioners, in accordance with law, immediately upon receipt of certified copy of this order.
