(Oral) It is submitted that 13 kanals 9 marlas of land is in illegal possession of respondent No.4 and warrants of possession were issued on 12.11.2021 but the same have not been executed till date. Numerous representations have been made thereafter but they have not had any effect. Legal notice dated 28.04.2022 (Annexure P-1) has also failed to move the official respondents and, thus, a direction be issued for decision of the pending legal notice. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only. Mr. Arun K. Kaundal, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 and waives service.

Considering the nature of order being passed, no reply is necessary to be filed.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the legal notice dated 28.04.2022 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law and decide the same by passing a speaking order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
