Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 07.02.2018 (Annexure P-1), whereby prayer of the petitioner for grant of service pension has been declined.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to challenge the order of discharge before the appropriate Forum.
